After the design, planning, and negotiation are complete, many brokers leave the implementation phase to the client and the carrier. However, we work directly with both to ensure that any new plan is implemented with the least disruption possible.
We will be at planning meetings, employee meetings, and follow-up meetings to make sure needs are met. We work with the carrier to make sure employee communications, plan booklets, and forms are accurate and delivered in a timely fashion. We generally conduct, either alone or in conjunction with the client and/or carrier representative, the initial enrollment meetings (thus, clients don't have to be expert in communicating benefits). We also work with clients and carriers on any follow-up issues, such as missing ID cards, late enrollees, payroll issues, and billing issues.Clients can (and DO) count on us to get their plans set up and keep them running smoothly.
