Our On-Site Administrative Support services set us apart from other brokers and consultants.  While many provide online and telephone support, few will be on-site on a regular basis to help maintain the program.  Through our unique on-site service program, we become a familiar face for the client's staff and workers.  They recognize that we are their problem-solvers, and will look to us for many of the solutions. Besides, people generally prefer dealing with people rather than machines for such things!

Once the initial enrollment is complete, many brokers and consultants are rarely seen.  However, we provide scheduled on-site visits to handle things such as new employee enrollments, employees' questions, claims problems, billing issues, future planning, and any other needs that might arise.

In small to mid-sized firms, having a dedicated benefits staff is almost impossible.  However, BMI's clients can have the best of both worlds:  expert benefits staff ("us") and no additional overhead.

This service helps them stay focused on their business, not on their benefits program.  It also relieves some administrative burdens that would normally be handled by internal staff.  That frees up additional resources for other projects, and directly affects their bottom line.
