Mike has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, and human resource management. In addition to maintaining a thriving insurance brokerage business, Mike owned and/or managed three HR outsourcing organizations over the past 20+ years. His experience in managing benefits as both a broker and a business owner/employer provides a perspective and insight that allows him to effectively communicate and connect with business owners. In addition, he has significant experience in human resources and payroll, allowing him to help clients with all aspects of benefits administration.
He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics from the University of Memphis, and is a mathematics instructor with the University of Tennessee-Martin (Selmer Campus).

Prior to BMI, Amy spent more than 9 years with a national health insurance company, including roles in sales and client management. Her other endeavors include several years with a major regional insurance brokerage and several years in the bond division of a well-known bank.
Amy's experience provides the knowledge and expertise that allows her to help clients navigate the challenges of dealing with major insurance carriers, both in the negotiation and plan administration stages. Unlike many brokers that emphasize their work with large employers, Amy has concentrated her work on employers with 5 to 500 employees. This focus allows her to understand the unique problems facing small and mid-size companies.
Amy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance, from the University of Memphis.
