HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

It is a combination of knowledge, experience, commitment, and personal relationships that makes our business model work. We are not just another vendor. Our goal is to become a trusted member of our client's team.  Because most of our clients are small to mid-sized companies, they rely on our services for much more than negotiation and implementation of benefits plans.

Although the insurance premiums are typically the largest cost factor, there are significant indirect costs that must also be managed to ensure an efficient, cost-effective benefits program.  Therefore, we take a comprehensive approach to managing both the premiums and administrative costs for our clients.  We reach out to our clients to stay abreast of their needs, and offer assistance at every turn.

In particular, our On-Site Administrative Support is a unique PERSONALIZED service that helps clients manage the administrative costs and relieves them of some of the burdens of benefits management. Generally, we schedule administrative visits (at no cost) at the client's location to handle enrollments, claims issues, and administrative tasks.  For our smaller clients, we often are on-site one to two days each month.  For our larger clients, we may provide additional On-Site Administrative Support time (again, at no cost).  During our on-site time, we can generally answer employee questions, work with administrative personnel on enrollments and payroll issues, and meet with management to discuss any planning issues. However, on-site time is just one part of our service.  We are always available by phone, fax, and email for questions or to resolve issues.

Our number one goal is client satisfaction.  We treat clients and their employees like family, and will not rest until their issues are resolved.  We demonstrate a new way of looking at insurance brokers.  We DO NOT disappoint!

We understand that the best way to ensure our own success is to help make our clients successful.  Therefore, unlike many other brokers, we do not strive to be the largest broker in the market.  We purposely represent a smaller number of clients, and focus heavily on the needs of those clients.  This client-centered approach enables us to work hand-in-hand with each client and develop a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.  Such a relationship can only be built by focusing intently on the client, and  we dedicate the time and effort needed to develop such a relationship with each and every client.  In the end, our business is improving yours!
